Designed and detailed custom sheet-metal electrical enclosures using SolidWorks, covering enclosure bodies, doors, gland plates, mounting panels, brackets, covers, and internal support components. Developed accurate 3D assemblies and manufacturing-ready drawings with appropriate dimensions, hole locations, bend details, material specifications, and fabrication notes. Generated flat patterns and DXF files for laser cutting and sheet-metal processing while considering K-factor, bend radius, bend allowance, and available sheet sizes. The designs were developed with a focus on fabrication practicality, assembly accuracy, and ease of installation.
