Developed detailed 3D SolidWorks models and fabrication documentation for electrical kiosk structures used to house and protect electrical equipment. The work included modelling structural frames, sheet-metal panels, doors, removable covers, mounting plates, base frames, cable entry provisions, ventilation openings, and other enclosure components. Prepared individual part drawings, assembly drawings, and fabrication details for welded and bolted components. Considered material thickness, bend allowances, clearances, access requirements, and practical workshop fabrication methods to ensure the kiosk could be efficiently manufactured, assembled, and installed on site.
