At SolidDraft Design Solutions, we provide comprehensive CAD design and engineering services, as demonstrated by our work on this AISI 304 pipe rack. We meticulously create detailed 3D models using SolidWorks, incorporating all critical specifications, including the 80x80x2mm SHS beams/posts, 10mm thick 250x250 gussets, and 200x200x12mm base plates with four 22mm holes positioned 30mmx30mm from the edges. This precise 3D model forms the basis for accurate shop drawings and rigorous structural analysis.
Furthermore, SolidDraft Design Solutions conducts thorough Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations to evaluate the pipe rack's structural integrity under both dead load (168kg) and live load (160kg/m for 8 pipes). This analysis assesses stress distribution, deformation, and overall performance to ensure the rack's ability to safely bear the specified loads. The results of the FEA are compiled into a detailed report, providing critical insights and recommendations. To enhance visualization and communication, we also produce high-quality 3D renderings using KeyShot, offering a realistic representation of the pipe rack design. This integrated approach, encompassing 3D modeling, shop drawing generation, FEA simulation, and compelling 3D rendering, demonstrates SolidDraft Design Solutions' commitment to providing comprehensive and professional engineering solutions.
